I have specific training and skills in the treatment of early and adult trauma and PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder).
Personal Approach
My psychotherapy training is in Transactional Analysis. This means that underlying my approach is a sensitivity to your patterns of relating to others and to yourself, how this affects your life and what needs to change.
Since my registration in 2006, I have been actively furthering my learning. I am especially interested in developments in neuroscience and its implications for effective psychotherapy. My style is active and involved.
